Arts Council of Princeton - Adapted Arts Program (program offered people with disabilities can express themselves creatively, individually through art.)
Fall 2024 Workshop: The Sagoma - Over a span of three weeks, the Sagoma (outline or shadow of a person) is first drawn around the body of each student lying down. Once completed, the true individual creative fun begins, as they find their own materials to fill in their outlines with their own vision. Next week, the continued works in progress will be uploaded, followed with the completed images at the end of the 3rd and final week. The concentration in the room was inspiring.
Writers Block - A temporary urban literary scholar’s garden located behind Palmer Square in the center of Princeton on Paul Robeson Place. Organized, designed and built by members of the Princeton community; the mission of Writers Block was to provide temporary space for creative and intellectual reflection.
The Follies - Small 10'x12' structures designed and produced by Teams of celebrated local authors, architects, landscape architects and builders capturing the essence of the collaboration.

Art weekend with boundaries and limits. Artists participate in a special weekend project and create works of art together with special artitic people with limitations in daily life!
The gallery below ‘reflects’ the communal work of artist and art clients culminatiing in a finished piece that took my vision above and beyond the original intent. I am in awe of these artists and honored that I was part of their weekend. Thank you Toineke Theeuwes, Arjan Stender, Luc Beemsterboer, Elise Van Uitreg and ASVZ. See you all next summer!
